Apologies for Hi-5

I apologize.

Recently, I have been eagerly trying to learn as much as I can about technology, especially about social media networks. So, a student sent me an invitation to join Hi-5 (which I had heard about from an Austin filmmaker), so I clicked Yes! and then Yes! and then Yes! You get the idea.

Soon after I realized 2 things:

1) Hi-5 is essentially a dating service for Asian teenagers, and
2) I had just invited everybody I know to join Hi-5

So I apologize to everybody who received a stupid email saying "mickpurcell has invited you to join Hi-5!" I hope you put it exactly where all the emails about Viagra go.

Still, it seems some people are almost as stupid about technology as I am. For example, my 84-year-old mother clicked "Yes" about joining Hi-5.

My mom is way past dating. At least, I think she is. Mamacita, would you like to meet some hot young Taiwanese boys?
