Speed Test

If you're an internet geek, I recommend this site:

It tests the speed of your internet connection.

My (downloading) speed at home is twice as fast as the speed at work/school.

We're in Thailand, so we're "reasonably fast." About the same as the US, maybe a little bit slower. Still, we're better off than India or China, not to mention Uzbekistan or Ethiopia.

Japan and Korea have the fastest internet connections in the world.

Obviously, that's South Korea. Who knows what they have in North Korea? Probably a long wait for a web page that says, "Sorry, that page is not available," and then sings a eulogy to Dear Keader, Kim Jong-Il. George W. Bush is the worst leader in the world, but Kim Jong-Il must be battling Mugabe for 2nd.
