The judge who saved baseball

When Obama rattles on about "the American Dream" I want to vomit, because I think he is forgetting about the many, many people living the American Nightmare.

However, I do like his Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor. I watched his introduction of her, and I got choked up. Maybe it's because, deep in my heart, I am a New Yorker. But Obama was good and she was even better.

Sotomayor is a big-time public figure so she must report tax-forms, financial disclosures, stock earnings, etc. That is something I am too disorganized to do. But she put it simply and beautifully: "it's easy, if you don't have money, then you don't have anything to report!"
